SCHLEBACH – Precision, Flexibility, and German Engineering at Its Best

The QUADRO profiling machine range brings true versatility to metal profiling. It’s designed for workshops that need flexibility, speed, and consistently top-quality results.

QUADRO Profiling machine

German precision > Kiwi practicality > Unlimited flexibility.

The Schlebach QUADRO is a world-class rollforming machine built for roofers, fabricators, and sheet metal professionals who demand top performance and total flexibility. Whether you’re producing standing seam, snap seam, or façade profiles — the QUADRO delivers speed, accuracy, and reliability that keep your projects moving.

Fast Profile Changeovers

The QUADRO’s clever cassette system lets you switch between profiles in just minutes. Each cassette contains 10 or 12 forming stations, designed for quick release and simple retooling. That means less downtime and more productivity. You can also add new cassettes or accessories anytime to suit future jobs — it’s a machine that grows with your business.

Swivelling Cassette Design

A standout feature is the swivelling cassette, with rollers mounted on both sides. This allows you to run two profiles from the same cassette — for example, roof and façade profiles. One operator can flip between them in under two minutes, without tools. You can even adjust the seam height from 25 to 38 mm, or change from Standing Seam to Snap Seam in about five minutes.

Built for the Real World

The QUADRO sits on a heavy-duty mobile frame with lockable castors, forklift pockets, and lifting eyes for easy transport. It’s made for both workshop and on-site use, giving you full flexibility wherever you’re working. Hinged safety covers keep everything protected yet easy to access for setup or maintenance.

Precision Feeding and Cutting

Sheet infeed width is adjustable from 300 to 800 mm via a smooth handwheel system. Ball-bearing guides keep material tracking perfectly straight. The integrated cross-cutting shear features hardened roller blades for clean, burr-free cuts, and can handle panels as short as 700 mm (or even shorter with optional cutters).

Smart Automation

A PLC touchscreen control makes operation simple and efficient. Just enter your panel length and quantity, and the machine takes care of the rest. The automatic feed, forming, and cutting cycle runs at up to 14 m/min (20 m/min optional), producing consistently accurate panels with minimal manual input.

Reliable, Proven Performance

Like every Schlebach machine, the QUADRO is built to last — engineered in Germany, trusted worldwide. It delivers precise, repeatable results day after day, job after job, with minimal maintenance.

The big difference of the QUADRO-KS variant is its ability to incline/angle the cassette, cut the strip at an angle, and produce tapered lengths in one pass, conical profiling.

. In practical terms:

  • It can feed the metal strip, cut it at an angle, and then profile it — all in one pass.

  • That means it’s particularly suited for long, conically-shaped profiles such as for domes, tent roofs or other curved roof-shell applications, and also long conical “fitting strips” (Passbahnen) where the width or shape changes along length.

  • It supports standard roof and façade profiles too (given its heritage from the QUADRO series), but the “KS” variant adds the conical capability.

So in short, if you need sheet-metal profiling for architectural components where the profile doesn’t have a constant width but is tapered, flared or conical, the QUADRO-KS is a strong fit.

For the production of conical profile webs, the QUADRO-KS is additionally equipped with an LS longitudinal cut-off device in the infeed area. This allows the conical longitudinal cut to be made before profiling.
In this case, the strip is transported, cut at an angle, and profiled in a single operation, irrespective of the profile shape.

This results in a possible field of application, e.g. the economical production of long, conical profile webs for dome or tent roof shapes, or also long conical fitting webs.
